Busan Museum is a Museum located in Busan, South Korea. It opened in 1978. == History == The Busan Museum was completed in July, 1978. Its name changed to Busan Metropolitan City Museum in 1995 and changed again to Busan Museum in May 2002 May. A temporary capital memorial hall was opened in detached building. This location is same as an official residence of president Lee Seung Man in the Korean War. In this place, things that are left to the museum by president Lee are exhibited. Also the picture which fled to other regions. In 1996 October, bokcheon detached building was opened. In this place, There are lots of relic which was excavated in Bokcheon Ancient Tomb. The Tomb is very meaningful because of showing Busan culture character in the period of the Three State. So this place has an Archeology museum character. In 2002 April, the Dongsam-dong detached building was also opened. This place's relics is very important because they reflect history of Busan and culture from prehistoric times to present times. And in 2003 July, Busan modern museum was opened. In this place, many exhibits which are related to historic event in Busan was existed.
